On June 5th, leadership coach and facilitator Martina Catherine and chef and cookbook author Frankie Unsworth will host the first edition of The Community Table, an intimate gathering designed to nourish women through food, conversation, community, and presence.
Set in the heart of Provence, The Community Table was created in response to a growing desire for spaces that feel slower, softer, and more deeply human. Combining a beautifully prepared seasonal dinner with gently guided conversation, the evening invites women to step away from the pace and pressure of everyday life and reconnect with themselves and one another around the table.
Hosted in Cotignac, one of Provence’s most picturesque villages, the experience centers around the belief that meaningful connection is a form of wellbeing. Guests will share a multi-course meal created by Frankie Unsworth of Atelier Aube, whose produce-led cooking and thoughtful hosting style have become known for bringing warmth and beauty to communal dining experiences.
Throughout the evening, Martina Catherine will facilitate intentional conversations designed to encourage reflection, honesty, and authentic connection in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
“At a time when so many women are carrying full schedules, responsibilities, and constant stimulation, spaces to simply slow down and gather meaningfully feel incredibly important,” says Martina Catherine. “The Community Table is about creating an environment where women feel nourished not only by the food, but by the experience of being seen, heard, and in genuine community.”
With limited seating intentionally designed to preserve intimacy and depth, The Community Table aims to offer a different kind of social experience: one rooted in presence, beauty, conversation, and care.
Future editions of The Community Table are planned throughout Europe as part of a broader movement toward more intentional, community-centered experiences for women.
