Hormonal Intelligence Platform VIV Opens Closed Beta for Women Who Want to Live In-Sync With Their Cycle

The Berlin-based platform translates cycle-phase biology into personalized training, nutrition, and recovery so women can perform sustainably, not just push through.

Berlin Germany / 28 May, 2026 / VIV

VIV, a hormonal intelligence platform for women aged 25–45, has opened its closed beta on iOS and Android. Founded in Berlin by Estefanía Andrade and technical co-founder Atziri Perez, VIV translates menstrual cycle science into daily, personalized recommendations across training, nutrition, and recovery designed for women who want to live and move sustainably, for the long run. The platform is backed by the EXIST-Women programme at Blue Factory Berlin (ESCP Business School), one of Germany's leading public funding initiatives for female founders in technology.

VIV is not a period tracker. It is a hormonal intelligence layer built for the woman who is already committed to her health and wants a system that works with her biology. Where most cycle apps stop at symptom logging, VIV generates a personalized training plan, phase-specific nutrition guidance, and evidence-based recovery protocols calibrated to each phase of the cycle.

The platform's closed beta brings together women across fitness, movement, and everyday life who are done with one-size-fits-all advice. Beta users receive personalized weekly training plans, phase-adjusted nutrition targets, and a Sunday check-in that adapts recommendations based on real-time input. Onboarding surfaces a meaningful first insight in under five minutes.

The founding motivation is personal. Andrade began developing VIV after watching her grandmother lose physical independence over time and experiencing her own cycle changes after 30. The insight that emerged: women are not quitters. They are under-informed. The tools built for them have historically been designed around male physiology or reduced to wellness content that underestimates them entirely.

VIV enters the market as female health research gains momentum, yet practical, science-grounded consumer tools remain scarce. The platform treats the menstrual cycle not as a liability but as a guide, one that, when understood, makes sustainable living genuinely possible.

Closed beta applications are open at vivfem.io. VIV is available on iOS and Android, with a public launch planned following the beta phase.
