None of these stories lacks evidence. What separates them is where capital and commissioning decisions land: a screening programme funded to reach women who never came, a period brand sold for $284m, a proven device needing $30m to get near a clinic, and a sector losing venture share regardless.
Women's health is no longer only a knowledge gap. It is an allocation gap, and allocation is decided in investment committees, boards and commissioning rooms where women are outnumbered. Closing it is a leadership question before a clinical one.
