CONNECTING THE DOTS MAGAZINE
Connecting the Dots is a quarterly digital magazine created by The Collective, highlighting the people and projects across our global network.
The future of health is too big for silos. That is why we are building a platform that connects ideas, amplifies women’s voices, and shows how collaboration creates real change across lifestyle medicine, preventative care, precision health, public health, sport and physical activity.
This magazine is designed to connect the dots. To make introductions. To highlight impacts. To celebrate innovation. And with every issue, to build more of the puzzle that moves us closer to a healthier, more inclusive world.
GET FEATURED
This magazine only works if you do. Scroll through the sections, decide where you want to show up, and fill out the form. It is that simple.
A few things to keep in mind:
We are lean. Our editorial team is basically running on caffeine and good intentions, so we keep it strict.
Word counts matter. Visual requirements matter. Deadlines really matter.
Meet the requirements and your piece drops straight into our template. Miss them and it doesn’t.
Think of it as plug and play publishing for the network. No heavy lift on our side means we can keep this free for you.
And if this is the kick in the butt you needed to finally update your headshot, you are welcome.
LET’S DO THIS
The magazine is made up of four sections: Introductions, Impacts, Innovation, and Cover Stories.
Select the one you want to contribute to, fill out the form, and upload your copy and images.
If you meet the requirements and hit the deadline, you are in. If there is a problem, we will reach out. If you do not hear from us, assume you are included. This keeps the process simple, cuts the admin load, and gets more of your stories published.

Preview the Mock-Up Edition
This is our prototype, a first look at what Connecting the Dots will become. Inside, you’ll find sample sections, draft stories, and the structure we’ll build on when we launch the live quarterly edition in October. The mock-up shows the style, tone, and opportunities for women to be featured. Scroll through, imagine your voice in these pages, and then head to the contribution forms to get involved.
