Modern work has changed dramatically. Human biology has not. "Brain at Work" helps bridge the gap.

Entrepreneur, neuroscience coach and author Tanja Guigon-Rech has launched "Brain at Work", a new programme designed to help managers and teams better understand the biological mechanisms that influence motivation, focus, energy and performance in modern workplaces.
As organisations face increasing cognitive overload, constant interruptions and rising expectations around productivity, many professionals find themselves working harder while feeling less focused and engaged. Brain at Work explores a simple but often overlooked reality: although the world of work has changed dramatically over the last decades, human biology has not.
The programme helps participants understand how the brain was originally designed to prioritise survival, conserve energy and react to immediate threats—rather than navigate emails, notifications, back-to-back meetings and continuous streams of information. By understanding these mechanisms, managers and teams can make more informed choices about how they structure work, communication and decision-making.
Rather than focusing on motivation as a matter of willpower, "Brain at Work" examines how attention, reward, habits, environment and energy influence behaviour at work. The objective is not simply to increase productivity, but to create conditions that support better focus, stronger engagement and more sustainable performance over time.
Delivered virtually or in person from Lyon across Europe, the programme is available as workshops, keynote presentations, team seminars, management sessions and short implementation formats. Topics include motivation and engagement, cognitive overload, focus, brain-friendly workdays, sustainable performance and decision-making under pressure.
